Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select WonderCast. From there you can change your plan or cancel at any time.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes your profile, your children's profiles, and all associated stories and recordings. If you'd prefer we handle it for you, email support@wondercast.app from the address on your account.
I'm having trouble signing in
Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help you recover access.
Is WonderCast safe for children?
Yes. WonderCast is designed for families and follows strict child-safety practices. All content is generated under safety filters, parental controls are on by default, and we never share personal data with advertisers. Read more on our Safety and Privacy pages.
Which devices are supported?
WonderCast is available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with web access at wondercast.app.
Response times
We respond to most messages within one business day (Monday–Friday). Urgent issues affecting account access or billing are prioritized.
