Founded by a Family, for Every Family

From Chaos to Order. One Accidental Breakthrough.

This isn't a startup origin story. It's a parenting one — and the three toughest product testers on Earth helped build it.

Our Story

I love my boys.
But the daily battles were real.

I'm Steve. I have three boys — Julius, my six-year-old who treats every rule like a personal suggestion, and Kai & Emery, identical twin three-year-olds who turned sharing into a contact sport. Teeth brushing was a daily hostage negotiation. Getting dressed was an Olympic event. I tried reward charts, time-outs, every parenting voice in the book. None of it stuck.

One night, instead of another lecture, I made up a bedtime story where Julius was the hero — "Captain Julius" — whose superpower came from having the cleanest teeth in the galaxy. He was riveted. Not because it was brilliant. Because he was in it.

I've spent my career building secure systems for Hollywood studios. I know how to build things. That weekend I hacked together a prototype — a rough tool that put the boys into AI-generated stories facing the exact same challenges they struggled with in real life.

Then it actually
changed their behavior.

The next morning, Julius walked to the bathroom and brushed his teeth. No negotiation. No bribe. When I asked him why:

"Because that's what Captain Julius does, Dad."

He wasn't just consuming a story — he was becoming the character. Then Kai and Emery started sharing toys willingly. Emery said "remember when we shared in the story?" The stories weren't entertainment. They were rehearsals — my boys practicing being the people I hoped they'd become, joyfully, without a single timeout.

Meet the Co-Founders

WonderCast isn't built in a vacuum. Every feature, every story flow, every interaction is tested by the three people it was made for first. If it doesn't pass the Julius-Kai-Emery test, it doesn't ship.

The original "Captain Julius." First ever WonderCast user. If the story doesn't make him say "again!" at bedtime, it goes back to the drawing board.

If there's a button to press, he'll find it. If a story flow can break, he'll break it. WonderCast is toddler-proof because Kai tested it first.

The emotional barometer. If a story makes Emery laugh, it's gold. If it makes him say "that's nice" — back to the lab. He sets the bar for joy.

The Family-First Testing Promise

Every feature ships through our living room first. Julius tests the stories. Kai stress-tests the interface. Emery is the vibe check. If it's not safe, fun, and genuinely helpful for our boys, it doesn't reach yours. That's not a policy — it's a dad's promise.

If a weekend hack could do this for my family — imagine what a real product could do for yours.

That's why WonderCast exists. Not because AI + kids is a hot space. Because I watched a rough prototype actually change my children's behavior, and Julius, Kai, and Emery have been shaping it ever since — giving feedback, testing every story, and making sure it works for real kids in real families.

Your Data Stays Yours

Encrypted vault. No public AI training. I set these rules before I'd let my own boys use it.

No Ads. Ever.

Your child is not a product. WonderCast is supported 100% by families who use it.

Safe Before Smart

Every story passes through our Safety Agent. No violence, no fear — just positive character building.

The best lessons don't come from lectures.

They come from stories where your child sees themselves winning. Julius, Kai, and Emery taught me that — and they keep testing every update to make sure it works for your kids too.
